That sort of demonstrates the problem with this shot. there's no central focus or subject. is it the sign or is it the pedestrian....or is it the cyclists?

With a good zoom or by cropping you had the opportunity for 3 good shots...instead you have this single snap where even you can't decide what the subject should be. thanks for sharing.

A suggestion: Crop off the left side at a point a little to the right of the antenna on the roof.
