Red-shouldered Hawk

I can hear these hawks in my area almost every day as I'm out walking the dogs. Yesterday our schedules finally synced well enough to allow the following captures. As usual there's 1 or 2 more branches in the way than one would want, but I'm not complaining too much.

never seen a red shoulder hawk, we have the red tailed here.

Very nice. I prefer the first pose, and I don't feel that the branches hurt this image at all.
