Had 10 minutes available to me this afternoon. Quick visit into the garden and rather nicely i wasn't disappointed.

Saw this rather docile wasp (queen I think) in one of our shrubs (can never remember the name of it). It didn't give me much opportunity to get a decide side profile shot so I took what I could.

A few minutes later, a Drone hover fly decided to take a break and give itself a bit of a clean.

Actually, just looked and noticed this series of shots were taken all within a 5 minute period 12:16 - 12:21. Can't complain as there are times when I go out there for over an hour and nothing shows up.
