I shot this while driving home a while ago and edited it to bring out the hue that the sunset cast over the mountains. I'm just not sure if it looks too forced or not. Any CC would be appreciated :)

In my opionion it would be a great shot if the close trees weren't there. Not sure if it was possible to get them out or not. Also - I think the sky is a little off. Too flat maybe? Not sure.

It is a great shot, the only thing I can't come to terms with is the colour of the sky, on my monitor it has a pinkish caste to it. As benji says it is a pity about those trees but what would you do with them? I like the way the fog is hanging at the base of the mountain.

There was really no way around the trees unfortunately :( I tried to edit them out in PP but I dont have the skills.

Did you have an axe at the time?

Too much sky, not enough mountain. They are the subject here and they should be larger and fill more of the frame unless you can find something else interesting in the foreground or the sky is more dramatic. The sky as it is has too much dead space for this shot to work for me.
