Shot on the smaller of the two pier's at Newhaven East Sussex, England. Canon 5dc and 17-40L. C+C always welcome.

the "balance" of the photo is off..u think the rails/bridge would be the main subject, but my eyes are drawn to the white clouds too much.then all that black. but great picture, u can just stare at it for hours trying to figure it out..

Thanks for the comment, yep tried the "normal shot", but I was also drawn to the way the mist was just rolling in and out.

it is a very 'visual' photo, i too kept staring at it.

when i move my page up and down to view it on my screen............it looks interesting with some of the bottom or the photo, the pier, cropped off.

great pic.
