Grackle, maybe? If you ask in the bird forum they'd know for sure.

Have you tried to see if you can lift anything from the shadows under the bird's body? Pretty much no detail at all visible there.

Too much contrast and clarity. ALmost no detail in the bird and I'm not sure where it's feet are. Almost looks like you shopped the bird into the frame.
