Hey, I just received my Retrospective 20 for my 5D3. I was testing it out in the house, went to pull out my camera, and noticed the lens was loose! The padding inside the bag had pressed down on the lens release button! Has anyone else had this happen?

It has never happened to me. I can't imagine how there could be enough pressure for that to happen.

The lens release button is riding right on top of the padding's edge. This only happened after 5 minutes of use, so I imagine it could very easily happen again.

Move your dividers around to support the camera some other way. Maybe add a small divider under the camera so the weight is on that instead of the top edge of a vertical divider.

Thanks. I ended up swapping the left divider with the extra tallest divider. Works perfectly now. Cheers :)
