Hey everyone! Here comes dumb question number 10 from me. :D

Im attempting to order a Luxe DVD case. I downloaded and used their template, lined everything up evenly and saved as a JPEG. Now, when I open Designer suite plus to upload/order, the image looks like it is 100x too small to fill the template on there. Am I crazy?

I've got a question maybe someone can answer... I actually see ROES mentioned all the time from various labs. From what I've read online it's an ordering software... having never seen it before, can someone explain more about it? What exactly does it do? What is it used for? What are the benefits? ... crash course?

Short story, it sucks. Long story, its just a software used to process orders from a lab. You select the product you want, put the image in, make your custom choices, and then it uploads to the lab. :D
