We saw some of the biggest and oldest wild elephants in all of Africa - there are 4 very large bull in the Ngorongora Crater - they are estimated to be 60+ years old - the country has mounted a very vigorous effort to prevent poaching - armed rangers patrol the area and keep up surveillance 24/7 - hopefully that will help to keep them safe - but you never know-

this guy would not turn and give us a full on head shot - his tusk were so long they crossed at the tips

this "big" guy walked right in front of our truck

They do look old and very big. You have done well in capturing scenes many of us will never experience in person. Thank you.
