Is it true, they're most rebellious and more attitude? Mine is... it's so hard to take a pix of him.

My middle is a firey red-head girl. All 'tude! lol

But my youngest son is about your son's age there and he is quite the challenge to catch for pictures.

So you may have the double whammy there - age and being the middle child working against you! ;)

Thanks! People think my oldest is my favorite because I have photos of him most. It's because he's able to pose and listen :-)

LOL I understand! My girl is my camera hog while her older and younger brothers avoid me like the plague. *eye roll*

Oh! May I ask...what conditions and camera settings are you using for your images like these? ...learning all I can here. :)

200mm at f2 shutter 160 iso 100. The further the subject is away from you and the background will get you the most subject separation. Also the wider aperature also helps alot.
