Oh, I see. The power of stereotypes... If I based my opinion of the English on the stereotypical behavior of your tourists in Mexican resorts, I'd think that all Brits love to get totally wasted as early as possible and spend the rest of the day laying face down on a lounge or puking in the pool. But I know better 
So, is it perfectly legal in your country to blind passerby's, drivers and airplane pilots with laser pointers ?
