I always get confused as to do - or + when the camera is front focusing. Do I dial - or + in the MA menu? Thanks.

May 05, 2013 01:13 | #2 Nvm, i found the answer. Front focus requires positive adjustment to correct, back focus requires negative adjustment.

chuckmiller Goldmember More info | Yes, the + and - can be confusing to remember. The icons work for me. If my lens is focusing in front of the subject I need to move the focus plane away from me, to the subject, towards the mountains in the background. Visually, I understand that. I don't let myself think about what that may be doing to the lens elements or any other component. .
