We have finally had some nice weather (it rained for damn near 2 weeks starting the day I got my new 500) and got out yesterday and here a few eagles we got.

Great stuff. What did the one in 4-6 pick up? A rock?

If steroids are illegal for athletes, should PS be illegal for models?
Digital - 50D, 20D IR Conv, 9 Lenses from 8mm to 300mm
Analog - Mamiya RB67 Pro-SD, Canon A-1, Nikon F4S, YashicaMat 124G, Rollei 35S, QL17 GIII, Zeiss Ikon Ikoflex 1st Version, and and entire room full of lenses and other stuff

Thanks Ted I'll take a look my monitor has been really soft lately and think it may be time to upgrade the ole apple cinema display (it is like 8 years old). They didn't look to sharp on it but on this comp. a couple are a little sharper than I wanted.

Thanks for the comments guys, love the lens. I have the 400 f4 while I love this lens it is so light for its size and awesome IQ but the 500 IQ is much better and that extra reach is what I have been looking for.
