Hi guys,
I can buy this screen for 350 euro's right now.
But I have some questions before I buy this thing.
- Is €350 a good deal (€540 new) for a second hand screen in a good shape?
- I want to attach this screen to my laptop (Dell studio 17). I saw that a good videocard is needed to get the full resolution on the screen (2560*1440). I have got an [ATI Mobility Radeon HD560v] I checked there website and they are saying the following:
 | HTTP response: NOT FOUND | MIME changed to 'image/png' |
That does mean I can get the full resolution out of the monitor when I only use the Displayport? My laptop got one of those ports.
- When I am going to get this screen are there things which I have to be aware of when buying it? Dead pixels etc?
- I am going to need a calibration tool which tool which is not too expensive is good for it?
- Are there other things I have to think about?
