Second Maternity & Family Session

This was my second maternity and family session ever. First one indoors.

This was a volunteer shoot, I wanted to get some practice in for mainly kids, and asked my friends on FB if they knew anyone. Not wanting to be one of "those" people to do stuff free for the heck of it, I specifically requested people suggest someone who could use it.

I selected this family b/c they had some unfortunate news about their baby. It may likely have quite a few disorders, and will likely not survive birth. I was really happy to do this for them.

Please critique the photos. A few things I did not do that I wish I did: tuck her hair back behind her ear, and have her arch her back a bit.
I really hope they like them. Please feel free to critique away. I did a first edit tonight and will think on them for a day or so before sending them over.

I don't love black shirts on a black background, probably like the last pic best, getting boys at that age to cooperate at all is a win in itself.
