May be cheating a bit. Stopped at the beach for some sunset shots and while I was playing, my wife collected a bunch of seashells that we brought home. Into the backyard they went and he next morning we saw this little guy hanging out.

This is a creek that drains from the Sangre de Cristo Mountains to the Arkansas River. Ever changing at this time of year.

I stepped out back to test out my "new" thrift store junk bin find and found this little guy barking at me... I always chuckle when they do that.

The lens was a Tamron Adaptall 2 70-150/3.5 btw, and I'm surprised by how decent it is
