Beautiful colors, itsallart.
We went for a ride to check on water and calves this weekend and I snapped a picture of a couple bucks. They are just starting to grow their antlers.

EastBayGirl Cream of the Crop More info | Thanks, isallart. We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to live on this ranch and we try to enjoy every minute of it, knowing our time here will end. We will never go back to living in town but I doubt we will ever have the opportunity to live on such a large ranch again. When the time comes for us to move, I see us having to move out of California so we can have our own (smaller) ranch. Stina

edmidlifecrisis Cream of the Crop More info Post edited over 8 years ago by edmidlifecrisis. | Thanks, all. This one is huge and in full bloom right now. I have two others that are smaller and they are also blooming. They seem well suited for South Florida climate. The bees (and dragonflies) like them too. The dragonfly showed up while I was shooting some of the bottle brush flowers last week. The last two were with the EF 100mm f2.8 USM macro which is obviously really sharp. Ed
