Been shooting for 1 year this month. Learned alot. Alot of real bad pics in the beginning. Here are some of the best. Lenses used 50 1.8, 70-200 f4, 24-105L

Any shots you don't care for? Any shots you like? No need to comment on each shot as I know I posted quite a few. But they are my personal best which really inst that good anyway.

You found some great subjects. Good lighting and focus.

My favorites are 1 and 6.

The area for improvement that I would suggest is to get the subject out of dead center. Use the rule of thirds and/or rule of diagonals to add comfort to the composition. Examples of centered photos: 2, 3, 4, and 7.

Thanks for sharing. You had a great first year of shooting.

1D-III with stuff to stick on it:
70-200L, 28-70L, 24-105L, 300L, 50, 10-17 fish, 2.0x TC
Image editing OK, encouraged, and expected. Thank you for helping me learn!

6 looks perfectly focused on the fence, not good
Do you shoot in a 16x9 movie type mode? I'm curious why some are presented that way. Example, the lion could be cropped near the paw/rock crack and not be missing anything.
