I put out a couple of bird feeders this spring, and have had them for a couple of months now. One is outside my office, and the other at home.
I have been absolutely covered up with Gold Finches and Purples also. Suddenly at home and work all the Gold Finches are gone. The purples are still here.
I live in East Tennessee. Does anyone know what would cause this to happen. I really like seeing those beautiful birds and wonder where they went.

Good point. I wish some of them would stay. Beautiful birds. I got lots of pics while they were here at least.

That handle is a left-over from my days of being on a political chat messageboard, and it just kind-of stuck with me. I do like handguns especially and have a carry permit.

However, photography is a much bigger passion with me. But when they start talking about gun control, it gets my fur ruffled.

It is amazing how the hobbies are also somewhat related being on the hunt for pics, hunter like. I am unsure but sure would like to start a survey to see just how many hobbies we all share.
