I think the framing is off and they lack focus and none of them get me really excited. Technically they are good.

Agree with Smokey, all seem a little soft. I don't think framing is horrible, but....off. The colors are great in them though. Must've been fun to shoot that :)

Yes, next time you go to a GP, make sure the drivers follow all your instructioms to ensure a perfect photo. I'll assume you did not have a press pass or access to the best locations for photography, and maybe not even a $25,000 lens.

Very nice shots you took. I hope you're proud of them- you should be. Well done!

I bought the 70-300L specifically for shooting an IRL Race in Baltimore, MD later this year. I hope my shots are as exciting as these. Very nice first run!

They all look a little soft, you have good colours and kept nice movement in the wheels, this makes me think that the shutter speed was a little slow, not stopping the up/down movement of the cars. Keep shooting good start.

I agree with the softness of some photos, but overall I am quite happy with them. It was not easy shooting with so many people around!

I even knocked the man in front's cap off with my lens!!!
