Is there a posing guide for photographers online for free? I have looked around and there are some random videos but I am looking for something useful. Is there a book you may be able to recommend?

Thanks!

agree with this post. But in my opinion, the best way to learn poses is to watch modeling videos. Also create your own collection of photos that have nice poses. I categorize all saved photos into folders in my phone such as "Standing", "Sitting", "Wall", "Floor", "Rail", etc. Prior to a shoot, or even during a shoot, I look through the photos and get an idea of what I can do. During the shoot, if I see a really nice wall, I look through my "Wall" folder... if I see a nice log to sit on, I go through the "Sitting" folder, etc. Works great

What is wrong with bring up an old topic if they searched for it rather than asking the question again? This was a good reply to a question I am sure many on here likely have. I for one am happy it was brought back.
