So the only PP I did was a small crop and unsharp mask. This is one of my first few with the nifty fifty. Critique please, need to learn!

Your image is pretty darn good, and if I had to critique it, id go for the background. The dark door/wall is distracting. If you had recomposed using more of the wall from right, it would have been hard to tell if it was a wall or a muslin. And that's nitpicking. Good work on the PP. Thanks! My dad was actually just holding him and I just fired a few shots, wasn't really "posing" but I do need to start paying more attention to what is filling my shots. 5Diii:Tamron 24-70 f2.8:Tamron 70-200 f2.8 G2

Thanks for the inspiration to get out and use it. Yea, I think it is going to be a great lens, I am on the hunt for an 85 1.8 now though as I need a little more reach. 5Diii:Tamron 24-70 f2.8:Tamron 70-200 f2.8 G2
