I've just updated, but not yet installed, from SpyderPro3 to SpyderPro4.

Can anyone tell me whether I can legitimately sell on the original SpyderPro3 device & software?

I believe you can, since the hardware as well as the software are distinct, separate releases.

Course you can. If you can install it on as many computers as you like, you can sell it or give it to whomever you want as well.
