I was playing around in Picasa with these flower shots. The tulips were taken with the 135L and I think it gives it a water color look.

I really, really like the first one..the color doesn't grab me like the first one does. Good job.

Just imagine if they had DSLRs and photoshop in the 60's. These would probably be tame by their standards!

I don't understand how a B&W image can have an incorrect WB and...having a correct WB isn't something that's cast in bronze.
You sir are criticizing another's taste...I like them and you don't...get over it.

I think this was meant as a joke.

I like #1, think it would look great with a bit of a more hi-key look, printed on canvas.

#2 doesn't work for me, though.

Of the two, the color image holds more interest for me than the B&W, but that's a matter of taste. What I really like is that you created something different, and then shared it with us - thank you for that.
