I'm having issues on what the printer produces. It has this thing that is always at the right side of the medium.

Anyone encountered this problem before? and how to fix it?

Are you using Canon paper and how are you storing your paper?

The two prints you have shown, were they fed in portrait or landscape orientation?

No, I am not. I just store them in the cabinet in plastic.

Both are printed on a landscape orientation.

It's really hard to tell but you may have something stuck in the printer.

Not familiar with the printer but you should be able to see the roller in operation if you print a page with the window open. You will have to jam something in the window sensor switch though.

Generally, these printers operate best with genuine paper. You should also take care in storing the paper, esp in humid conditions.
