Mixed bag 18-5

I sat in the SUN and watched a ground beetle, some rove beetles, the ants and a few hovers, plenty of wolf spiders and the odd bee. Very few creatures were stopping, most seemed to be a real hurry.
I chased this beetle and although I could not capture it at higher mag I managed a few shots. This one is cropped.

LOL. I use the seaweed thing for weather reports, leave it outside and if it is wet it probably raining
