Next on our World Tour of Pais Vasco was the beautiful coastal city of San Sebastian (Donosti in Basque) where the sun came out at last and we could enjoy the beautiful city with its clear, blue waters under some clear, blue skies ...
On arrival we went via a couple of pretty churches, and the port, to the bay to watch a first class sunset ... for those lucky enough to live by the sea it probably wouldn't have been that special but it was pretty good after a year and a half in the city, and 24 years living somewhere with crap beaches and rubbish water ...

Vista del Urgull, Donosti - San Sebastian.
The next day we went back up the mildly mountainous mound together, I showed Ana the various sights, including the statue of Jesus which combined with the bay, the beach and everything else made San Sebastian seem even more like Rio ... and then it was time to go ...
