May 20, 2013 15:20 | #1 Never shot bird before. Got a shot of a pair of Cardinals on the feeder outside the back door. Shot through the glass with a 300mm. sliceotime Senior Member  More info | Nice shots! You're good at this, keep shooting. Do yourself a favor and get a 1.4X II it works great on the 300mm, there's nothing quite like hand holding 420mm at 5+ feet. You won't be disappointed. You can get some good shots at the track with it too! -Slice
