23" or 24" monitor suggestions?

Currently got a 5 year old 20" Apple Cinema Display, that's been flawless but looking to go a bit larger with a bump up in resolution.

Got a $300 budget to play with so hopefully can find something that comes close to the adobe RGB Gamut. Desk space limits the choice to no bigger than 24".
