This is my new Gyrfalcon. I will be taking lots of pictures of her and I need to know what color background would look good

Maybe something in a dark-ish gray? dark enough for the whites to stand out nicely, but light enough that the darks don't blend. Or, maybe a "hunter" green?

Honestly, I'd take an oof shot of some sunlit trees. It'll give a nice mottled green. Beautiful bird. :)

I agree a tree shade green background would look great with the colors of the falcon.

I think she'd look outstanding on a white background Tom; and there's only a thousand different shades of white :)
It might look a little like a field guide shot, but if you add some separation lighting (hair light in portraiture) I think she'd really shine. Good Luck!

I've always felt green is perfect, especially on lighter color birds. Makes them pop.

I would say sky blue (contrast with the beak base) or back. The colour you have here does not provide enough contrast IMHO.
