Having "technical difficulties" due allergies & antihistamines are causing very shaky hands.

You cannot tell anything about shaking hands. Some of the best work I have looked at in a while. Awesome, thank you for sharing

I'm going to take a handful myself Ishrani and see if I can get shots like these!
Stunning work, lovely colours/detail, your light looks awesome, are you using same setup or trying something new?

Thank you, everyone. It is very trying with the allergies and for every 10 shots, I only find 1 worth keeping. I appreciate your comments immensely.

KC, you are too funny! Thank you for your comments.
I am using the same set up but paying closer attention to my settings. Kind of taking more control of the camera as I develop a better understanding of my subjects and diffusion.

Excellent work Ish.

Love the snipe fly. Hope to capture a few myself this year. I know of a place thanks to one of the other guys (Phil) on here where I can photograph some of those :)

Love the crab spider shot. I used to hate spiders, I still have an aversion to letting them onto my person but photographing them I love it and crab spiders as well as jumpers are my favourite.

Wonderful series- can't tell you are having problems.
Re ID's You don't get immature flies- they come out of the pupa adult size. The immature robber fly is I Think an Hybotid fly - Platypalpus sp.- they are insectivorus though like robber flies- just a lot smaller :)

Thank you, Ian.
I absolutely disliked spiders and had a dreadful fear of them for most of my life, so much so, that my four adult sons still jump on tables at the site of one! My insistence to shoot them has lessened my fear immensely. Spiders are indeed interesting subjects.
Hope you get those snipe flies!

Thank you so much, Brian. I need to research the life cycles of many insects as I seem to think that everything has a mini version! :)
