Help needed with 5D3

I can't get camera out of MF mode and cannot adjust aperture in Av or manual mode. Not reporting for some reason. LED reading 00. Changing lens did not help

Have you simply removed the battery and replaced it?

Ok the panic has past. I pulled the battery and now all working fine. Not sure what caused the hiccup other that putting on my 1.4 teleconverter

I have this exact same problem with my Kenko 1.4x Pro300 DGX and my 100 macro. It works fine with my 70-200.
