Either will work well with a 5D3.

Godox/Flashpoint r2 system, plus some canon stuff.

I have both; to me the choice is more about ergonomics than anything else, including price:
~ the power output of the 430 is a mere 2/3 of a stop less than the 580, and to me that's not a real deal-breaker.
~ the control wheel of the 580 is MUCH more user-friendly than the horrible button pad on the 430.
~ the head on the 580 turns 180º in both directions, which facilitates rearward bounce .
~ the head on the 430 rotates just 90º clockwise which is rather cramping when bouncing portrait in the traditional orientation.

So you have both and you're asking us which one YOU should keep?

What one do YOU like better. After all YOU'RE the one that will have to live with the choice not any of us

The 580ex is more powerfu and has a 180+180 swivel headl but is larger. The 430ex is smaller but less powerful and only has a 180+90 swivel head. So ask yourself, "which one do I want to keep" and just like that you'll have your answer!

Also, please consider if you plan on adding more units later on. The 580EX II will act as the master flash as well as a slave flash, but the 430EX II can only be set up as a slave. If your concerned about price you can consider the 580EX. It is still an excellent flash unit and puts out more power than the 430EX II.

Well, since your trying to figure out which one to sell, my post doesn't really apply. So my suggestion is to sell them both and get a 600RT and the ST-E3-RT.

That's the part I hate about my 430 - its head can't turn 180º in both directions. So annoying when using bounce.
