Personally, anytime there is a software registration required, I stay far away from it as possible. I am not comfortable when information is being registered, etc. There's also no guarentee if companies will be around. Another hassle is if your registration key was being used elsewhere (stolen) or if your machine crashed and needed reinstallation or simply purchased new machine,then you probably need to call in to have it registered. Remember what Microsoft did when Windows XP first came out>?
