Hmmm, didn't quite manage to find an answer. Let's say, you have already processed all the images and they have different clarity for example. some +2, some +5, some +6.

Is it possible with Sync to change values one notch down, so it would be +1; +4; +5 respectively?

This is a partial answer because I am not at home now to check it out.
You can't do that in the Develop module - if you put the slider on one image down to +1 and then synchronize, they will all be +!.
But in the Library module/Quick Develop you can do reative changes. You can select a bunch of images and reduce Exposure by 1/3 stop and every image will be 0.33 less than it was. The thing is, I can't remember if that applies to Clarity also.

I doubt it. Sync just matches the setting(s) (of your choice) to the originally selected image

YUP! You can, just tested. Thanks.

Sad part is - the smallest change by default is 5 "points" [Big one being 20]. Haven't found any settings, where you can change that.

UPD: creating custom preset and applying it in via Quick Develop doesn't work. As expected, really :/
