Resizing in PE 9 Question

I have a question about resizing with PE 9. Say I start with a jpg image that is 5184 x 3456 pixels. In Photoshop I open the resize window and there I reduce 5186 to 800. I have left the setting at the very bottom of the window as "Bicubic (best for smooth gradients)". Click OK. Go to "file" and "save as" (image description jpg.) In the next window that appears I select "Quality: 5" and "Medium" and below "Baseline standard". I then either upload the file to Photobucket or send in an email or both. Are my resizing selections the correct ones or should I be selecting different options for example a different "Bicubic" option etc?

I assume you mean "resize to 533x800"?

Give it a try. Bicubic works well, bicubic smoother makes the image a bit softer (might work well for high ISO shots), bicubic sharper is, well, sharper.
