Working of a 5d2 (no magic lantern) and running into a really weird problem. I'm merging audio & video together from an H1, everything is fine, I can do whatever edits I want in the software, auto-save happens fine and so does manual save. When I close the project or re-launch Premiere, I get this error:

To my saving grace I have Time Machine running on my Mac and was able to pull a backup together and only lose the newer edits, but this is frustrating as hell because I have a few hours of work to do and don't just want to close Premiere and never be able to open the project ever again.

Any ideas?

The H1 is recording in .mp3 if that matters.

Update: Found this: http://forums.creativecow.net/thread/3/918659 (external link)

Open the project file in editor and search the entry: ".epr"
If there is something written like "I-Frame only..." replace it like that: "Microsoft AVI.epr"

which didn't solve my problem, but renaming the I-Frame only.epr to QuickTime.epr solved my problem. For now at least.
