LR4 $49.98 shiiped after rebate

I submitted the form for a complimentary upgrade. I got an email this morning asking for a purchase invoice (I had submitted my purchase comfirmation originally). I saved my invoice from Newegg's website and resubmitted it, and am awaiting their response.

I provided that link to the Adobe rep I chatted with, but they didn't change their response. Maybe I'll try another rep today and see if it's different.

I also used that link when I chatted with the rep, no go.

I skipped talking with a rep and just submitted my request, I will post any news.

After being denied the first time, I finally got a serial number.

You should file for the case and chat with a customer service rep.

I got my serial number and download this morning as well. I never did anything other than submit my request online. Didn't chat or talk to anyone.

3 days for me and still no response from the online form. Even if the request is denied, a regular price upgrade + what I paid for LR4 from Newegg still costs around the same as just buying LR5 at normal price. I'll upgrade either way.

My request took a few days for them to respond/approve.

Same here. 2-3 days I guess. But will wait.. There is no rush. Let them process it in their usual queue..

If you filled out the upgrade form you can go to "My open support cases" once you sign in to adobe.com to track your progress.

Ah, Thanks. Just checked and it says pending approval..

I just bought student edition of LR4 on May 31st...Completely zoned out that LR5 was right around the corner...I'm chatting with Adobe CS rep now online...
