I had opened it on 6/11 and got the # today.

Got to adobe.com and check the status in "My adobe->open cases"

6/10 for me and no response

I purchased LR4 on 5/31, created a request for upgrade on 6/13, and just received the serial number for LR5 tonight. Guessing Adobe is just a bit backlogged at the moment.

I ordered on the 11th and just received my serial #

Created my request I believe on the 12th and received mine today

6/10 for me and no response

Went back and read the terms on Adobe's site. They say they will respond to all cases within 10 days. They took 10 to respond and it was approved.
