Had some time between visits today, so had a little walk in one of the many 'urban woods' dotted around Oslo - and yeah, its really cold! ;)

All the photos certainly give the impression of a cold day.

I like the last one with the bridge best as the cold day and muted colours are there, but the bridge provides an extra bit of colour and leads your eye into the photo.

I love winter landscapes, they look good!However the first image looks slightly underexposed. That's a common problem when shooting snowy scenes. The solution: Bracketing by 1 or 2 stops using the exposure compensation setting in your camera, you'll be able to adjust it using the curves or levels too.

By the way where did you get that framing script for CS. :)

Thanks :) I still have a LOT of winter left so I will try that when I next venture out in the snow ;)
