Anyone here used Photoshop CC's Camera Shake Reduction tool?

I'm just wondering how this tool works and how effective it is at sharpening a slightly blurry picture? Any loss of pixels as it sharpens the image?

It will be released June 17, so only Beta testers will have used the new features.

Now that CC have been released, have anyone here tested out the filter yet?

I've seen some samples posted in aviation-related groups on Facebook, but we're talking Facebook so it's hard to make a serious qualitative judgement.

I mean, the edges shown look sharper, but there's so much compression, you can't evaluate the overall IQ

It seems to work fairly well. Must be very careful not to over do it; which is easy to do. Have been playing with PS CC for a few hours and starting to wonder if I should quite the cloud and not sell my CS6.

It doesn't seem to do a lot and the after images don't look all that great unless viewed at small size on the web. Here's a video not done by Adobe that shows a couple examples. I certainly wouldn't get CC just for this (I wouldn't get CC anyway).

Topaz have a camera shake plug in for PS. I have no idea how it compares since i have tried neither
