Road To Comrie - Perthshire - Scotland

Took this shot on the road to Comrie on my way to Loch Earn.

This was back in Nov on my 1st day out with my new 350D :)

Aaah , the beautyfull winter colours of bonnie Scotland , especialy that red all over the hills.
How lucky we are to be part of this beauty Scottie,one day i hope we`ll all realise that.

Beautiful the muted tones on this shot. And I love the touch of blue mist on the hills. I Remember seeing a post in another on line forum, from a guy who wanted advice on how he could remove that mist from shots he had taken on a trip to Scotland. I got flamed for saying Scotland was known as The Land of Mist and Mountains and I liked them as they were.:confused:

Yep, with Scotland it's the full package or nothing, rough with the smooth.

I wouldn't change it (3 weeks of sunshine in July would be nice though);)

You`ve got to be kidding me.:eek:
Other people use filters with mist strip for that effect.
