As was noted in cosmo2312's post, the weather left a lot to be desired when this was taken. It was very gray and raining off and on. My guess, is that we were in the canyon the same day.

The water is running high, and very cold at this time of the year. I tried to capture the feeling of the moving water while still retaining some of the rock detail. As always, all comments are appreciated.

Thanks for looking.

Lovely shot, too bad there wasn't just a bit more water running down but you cannot force nature (except for dams).

i like that location better than mine as well, i was running short on time so i didn't make it too far up into the canyon.

You're absolutely right freesoul, as I would have loved to have more water running over the rocks. I called ahead, but Mother Nature didn't pick up my call. Go figure!

Thank you for the comment.

I think It looks nice. Surprising the flow isn't better at this time of year.

Thanks Stan, I appreciate the comment. We've had a pretty light winter this year. I think the news said the other night we had only gotten around 450 inches of snow at the resorts, so that's why it's as low as it is.
