Second day with the new screen. It's still quite difficult adjusting to it when processing.

Anyway, here are some from this evening. If there's anything glaringly mad about them that makes any one thing wth happened there, let me know :)

Waxy Lacewing - So small and so hard to expose correctly.

I think this image has suffered a lot of banding as it's a largish crop

Just hanging around... the exo-skeleton of a spider

Lovely shots Ian.

I use the noiseware plugin for Photoshop and that gets rid of the banding issues quite well.

Thanks all :)

Yeah I use Noiseware too Bas but I think with the 2nd lacewing I really did crop quite a lot but re-sampled the image to magnify (not very well by the looks of it :D).

Look good on my screen (only cost me four grand...) too Ian

Seriously, they look fine - but for that colour gradation in the greens in #4 m8.

Hahaha you're funny man Paul :D.

Cheers mate. Yeah #4 almost ended up in the bin but thought may as well keep it. Even the one above it is a crop but not so much. :)
