Rarely do any landscapes (specialize in critters, especially birds), but this is one awesome view in an awesome place. Just thankful we finally got to visit here.

Well, Betty, you are a long way from Marco. I can see you are enjoying the Sierra Nevada, and with any luck I'll be on the eastern Sierra within a couple weeks. That is a great scene.

Having a great time out here, but, as usual, the parks are loaded with people from absolutely EVERYWHERE! We've had fun, but will be glad to get back to Florida on June 5th. (Love the Eastern Sierra, by the way. Found a nice, isolated spot there. We plan to return sometime soon.)

Tell me your secret spot, PM if you like. Thanks.

It's no problem: Place is near June Lake and is called the Double Eagle Resort. However, I think it's usually more crowded than when we were there. Don't you have an RV? Am not sure if there is an RV park near there or not.

Great location, however. Mono Lake is in the same area and is a great photo site.

Thanks, Betty, I'm familiar with the general area and will be there again within a couple weeks. There are Rv parks nearby, so I won't be staying at the resort.
