Beautiful Kevin. Looks like the water is flowing nicely.

These turned out nice. Did you go to the top of Vernal?

I used a 4 stop nd filter for the vernal fall.
I did not go to the top of the vernal. I was carrying my 5d3, the 24 tse, 24-205, and 16-35, and a tripod, and some filters. out of shape, and hiking with my younger brother who was even more out of shape carrying nothing, :-).
for the other two, I am pretty sure I just used a polarizer. it was in the shade, early morning, and stopping down to f11, at iso 100, gave me a .5-1 sec exposure.
thanks for looking and comments.

I'd personally prefer no people in the image, because they are a bit distracting BUT they do give a good indication of the size of the falls, very good. Two is my favorite, and I really like that you can almost see a rainbow there near the bottom.

Nice shot of Vernal, and not too many people in the photo, last time I took that shot there was a solid line of people on the mist trail. 3rd shot is excellent, lovely color and looks so peaceful I can feel the coolness of the shade.

And how many hours? When we have a reservation to go there, we're so unexcited that we do a similar countdown.

Kevin, is #3 Tenaya Creek taken from the shoulder of the road?
