Wow, I would be happy with those too :)

#4 & 6 are my favorite

the second minnow jumping out of the water is priceless

And I'll tell you another thing... here in Texas it's getting pretty hot and that water looks so fresh, crisp and cool... makes me want to jump in it!

Fantastic!

Frankly, you keep posting photos of these birds the likes of which I have never seen anywhere else. Your study of them appears to be unique, ... without equal.

I love that you are unhappy with these, as it means you are setting the bar higher, and we can look forward to more! What you've done thus far, your "recipe" to get these shots, is clearly a winner, but yes, I can imagine from behind the lens that you could strive for more. I saw the same look in the eye of Tiger Woods the first year he won the Masters. :)
To some point, luck will play a part, you've done what you can, you are in the right place with the right skills and a good eye. I bet you get better, and I bet luck provides you one day with the shot you are looking for.

I'm not sure what there is about these to be unhappy about. The last one is just a killer shot. Being one who attempts to shoot these critters, I know how difficult it is to do. Good job.

The only better shots of these birds that I've seen was a tv documentary where they put video cameras under the water and you get to see the bird coming right at you and then breaking through the water. Totally awesome. These are great shots too. I think 4 and 5 are my favorites.
