Canon EF-M 18-55mm for EOS-M $128.68

For those of you that have the EOS-M, bigvalueinc has the EF-M 18-55mm lens on eBay for $128.68.

I bought from them before, bought the EF-M Lens Adapter Kit. Only issue I had was that they said it was new, but was actually a refurb since it came in a white box. It works fine, so I took the chance on the 18-55mm. They even refunded me $20 on the Adapter purchase.

white box can also mean it was pulled from a Canon kit. It may have been new.

Very true. The adapter works so all is good. That's why I bought the 18-55.

I received my order today in a white box w/ US warranty but it was an EF-S 18-55mm. I am working on a resolution now and will update when I hear back from them.

Oh crap! Really? Mine is on the truck, should be delivered soon. I rechecked the link and it clearly says EF-M.

I checked it several times to make sure I am not crazy. The invoice clearly shows EF-M. Hopefully it is just a simple mix up but it sure is a let down for the weekend.

Sending me a return shipping label in order to exchange it. It appears to be a mix up on their end. Hopefully you will have better luck.

I hope so. Still not delivered yet. I saw a FedEx truck on my street, but was already past my house. Damn FedEx guys... lol...

Oh boy, that's a headache I don't need. I hate dealing with Fedex because their nearest office is 31 miles away.

Didn't know the adapter was part of any kit...

Still, works great so I'm happy with it and the price I paid after rebate

In their defense, the ad shows this as the contents of the box:

Canon EF-M 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM Lens
Lens Cap E-52II
Lens Dust Cap EB

And that's exactly what I got.

I got screwed... I got the EF-S 18-55 instead of the EF-M version. And I have to ship the EF-S back before they can ship me the EF-M. Not too happy...
