Cheap Macro Twin Flash Bracket

Thinking about getting a flash bracket for minor macro (don't do a lot of it). Saw these on ebay and amazon. Does anyone have any experience with these or similar? I don't want to invest a lot in this, as it's more of experimental for me.

Digital - 50D, 20D IR Conv, 9 Lenses from 8mm to 300mm

I have a similar bracket for a single flash and it works OK. Mine appears to have larger, stronger "lugs" (or whatever you call the joints) and it just barely holds the flash in place well enough.

I'm skeptical of the one you linked to, but if you do get it, please report back!
