Challenge #435 - On the Ground
_______________

So sorry for the delay Ladies and Gents, having dodgy broadband problems (again)
jhjl1 - I really like this, I like the 180 degree aspect and the black sheep slap bang in the middle of the pack. Also reminds me of an old slide of my Grandads I found a while back. I'll post it later.
Northants Nin - I like the composision, it makes me want to walk in to see what's around the corner....
Bobs your Uncle - Just slugging around indeed, not a fan of slugs but I can appreciate this one ;-)a
Maureen - I'm a sucker for a wagging tail and puppy dog eyes, great, just great.
Spoco57 - Very interesting ruin - what is and where is this?
Slowfox - A beauty of a car - reminds me of the film Christine
Raven - Not a clue either - but hey, do we need to know what it is for if to be a good picture?
Teekay - I hope you didn't leave Grandpa out on the trail alone!
Marie - could do with some of that cable over here - maybe my broadband would speed up a bit!
Corythosorous - such a delicate flower! I'm amazed that it could grow in such dry/harsh soil.
Linda - Last but not least Linda, I love the lighting/shadow in the smaller boat in the foreground - and the damatic sky, lovely.

So here we go .........
3rd place jhjl1
2nd place Bobs your Uncle
1st place linda

So it's over to you Linda. :-)

Here's the photo my Grandad took 40 + years ago - it was on a slide that I scanned in recently.

So last week Maureen had us looking up to the skies for all things above ground level so this week I thought we should come back down to earth!
Anything ground level, taken from any level, so long as the subject matter is on the ground it's good to go!
Make it interesting, unusual but on Terra Firma!
